What this site collects, and what it doesn't.
Short version: the only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form or send when you call, text or book. It goes to Brook so he can get back to you. No advertising cookies, no trackers, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.

The contact form asks for your name, your business, your email, your phone, the plan you're looking at, where you are, and a message. It is emailed to Brook ([email protected]) through Resend, the service that carries the message, and used only to answer you and, if you hire us, to do the work. When you tap to call or text, your phone handles that, and we see your number the way any business does when you call. The booking page uses a Google Calendar appointment form; what you type there goes to Google and to Brook's calendar, under Google's privacy policy.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (the pages requested, the time, the browser type and an IP address) for security and to keep the site running. Fonts and scripts are served from brookframeworks.com itself, so loading a page does not send your visit to a font or script company. There is no analytics tool on this site.
Client billing links go to Stripe, which runs its own secure pages under its own policy.
This site does not set cookies that track you and does not use advertising cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. The embedded booking calendar is Google's and may set its own, under Google's policy.
Nobody, except the services needed to deliver it: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (the form email), Google (the booking calendar), Twilio (phone calls and text messages) and Stripe (billing, for clients). We do not sell, rent or share your information with advertisers, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.
Text messages. We send text messages only to people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive them, and they can stop at any time by replying STOP (HELP for help). Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party; the categories above exclude them entirely.
Email [email protected] and we will tell you what we have from you, correct it, or delete it. Form messages are kept as long as we need them for the conversation you started, then they are gone. This site is for adults doing business with us; we do not knowingly collect anything from children.
