Accessibility statement
This site is built to work for everyone.
We build websites for a living, so ours has to hold up for every customer: on any phone, with a keyboard, with a screen reader, with motion turned off. Here is what we did, and what to do if something is in your way.

1The standard we build to
This site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is the target we work to on every page we make, ours included. It is not a certification, and if we have missed something we want to hear about it.
2What that means on this site
- Text and background colours keep a strong contrast, on buttons and links too.
- Everything works with a keyboard alone, and the element you are on is always visibly marked.
- A "skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader reaches on the home page.
- Every form field has a label, and the form explains what is missing in words, not just colour.
- Headings follow a logical order and the pages are written in semantic HTML, so screen readers can navigate them.
- Photos that carry meaning have a text description; decorative ones are marked so they are skipped.
- Animation respects your "reduce motion" setting. With it on, the layered opening and the moving sections hold still, and nothing on the page depends on motion.
- The comparison sheet and the menu open, read and close with a keyboard, and return you to where you were.
- Text can be enlarged to 200% without anything breaking or overlapping.
3Tell us if something is in your way
If any part of this site is hard to use, email [email protected] or call (202) 809-0523. Say which page and what happened. We reply within two business days and fix what we can on the site itself. If you need our terms or a proposal in another format, ask and we will send it.
4Things outside our control
The booking calendar is Google's and the client billing pages are Stripe's. Both are built by companies that work with assistive technology, but we don't run those pages. If one gives you trouble, email or call and we will book or bill you another way.
